What's a Basic seat?
A Basic seat reads every thread and contact in their inboxes, adds internal notes and sees reports: lead sources, reply times, calls and team performance. It can't reply or change threads, so it suits a dealer principal or group manager. Anyone who replies to customers or owns threads needs a Full seat.
Do you charge for texts and calls?
No. You connect your own provider, such as Twilio or your phone system, and they bill you directly at their own rates. We never add usage charges.
What counts as an AI chat?
A conversation a visitor has with the assistant on your website. Every paid plan includes 100 a month. If they run out before the month ends, your website shows your contact form instead, so leads still reach you. Add unlimited chats for any website at any time.
What happens after the trial?
Your 14-day trial includes everything. If you don't choose seats by the end, your account moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. Extra users and connections pause until you upgrade.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes. Seat changes take effect straight away and your bill is adjusted for the part of the month that is left. Removing someone frees their seat.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can download all your threads, contacts and attachments before you go.
Do your prices include VAT?
UK prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. In the US, sales tax is added where it applies.
