For real estate, estate and letting agents

The CRM and shared inbox for property teams.

When a buyer, tenant or landlord gets in touch, your team should know what they have already asked. Bring customer messages and property details together, from the first question to the next follow-up.

14-day free trial. No credit card required.

Illustrative product view. Fictional customer details.

  • Give each request an owner.

See who is handling the buyer, tenant or landlord. Reply targets make the next response visible, even when your team is out on appointments.

  • Keep the property in the picture.

Hold sale and rental properties in your catalog, with listing references and the contact’s requirements beside their messages.

  • Take the history with you.

Reply on WhatsApp, check a note or make a call from the mobile app. The next person to help sees the same customer history.

The details behind the question

A listing is only part of the story.

What are they looking for? Which property did they ask about? Who spoke to them last?

Keep property details, customer requirements and team notes in the same workspace. Your property catalog supports sale and rental listings, images and listing links, so the team can pick up a useful next reply.

From interest to follow-up

Keep the next step clear.

  1. 01

    A property question comes in.

A website form, email, chat or call starts the customer’s thread. Keep the original source with the lead.

  2. 02

    Your team picks it up.

Assign an owner and record what the customer wants: buying or renting, location, budget and the next step.

  3. 03

    Arrange the follow-up.

Discuss a viewing time by message, share the listing and leave a note for the colleague taking the appointment.

  4. 04

    Keep the history together.

When the customer follows up on another connected channel, the earlier messages and team notes are still there.

Alongside your agency software

Connect the messages your team works on.

Email, website forms and chat, WhatsApp, SMS and calls. One place to respond, with your existing systems alongside it.

Forward property lead emails into Threadkite. It can read labeled fields and use AI to extract details. Native portal and agency-software connections need to be assessed separately; they are not included by default.

For a custom connection, your software or integration partner can use the public API and webhooks to send data and react to changes.

A different inbox for ongoing care.

A new buyer and an existing tenant need different follow-ups. Keep property sales and lettings leads in sales inboxes, and ongoing property-management requests in a support inbox.

  • Give each request a clear owner
  • Keep private notes for the team
  • See who is waiting for a response

A few more details

Your questions, answered.

The property workflow serves sales and rental teams in the UK and US. Here’s how it fits with your channels and agency systems.

Is this for UK estate agents or US real estate teams?

Both. Threadkite works for estate and letting agents in the UK and real estate teams in the US. Use the property pack for sale and rental listings, and choose pounds or dollars for your subscription.

Can we keep sales, lettings and property management separate?

Yes. Give different teams their own inboxes. Use sales inboxes for property leads and support inboxes for ongoing customer requests. Pro supports multiple inboxes, with access set for each team member.

Does it connect directly to Rightmove, Zoopla, Zillow or the MLS?

There are no native connections to those services today. You can forward lead emails to Threadkite; it reads labeled fields and can use AI to extract details. Parsing depends on the email content, so check your own portal’s lead format with us.

Can we use our existing agency software?

Yes. Threadkite is your customer inbox alongside your agency software. The public API and webhooks provide a route for a custom integration, which needs implementation. We can discuss the data and events your team needs to connect.

Does Threadkite automatically schedule viewings?

Your team can discuss viewing times, keep appointment details and follow up from the customer thread. A listing-linked viewing scheduler, vendor notifications and automated viewing feedback are not part of the current property workflow.

Can agents use it away from the office?

Yes. The iOS and Android app has customer messages, internal notes and built-in calling. Calling is currently available in the UK and US. Your team sees the same thread in the office and on their phones.

Can we try it with our team?

Yes. Start a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. Connect your channels and test your property workflow. See the pricing page for seat types and included allowances.
