For ecommerce teams

The shared inbox for your online store.

A product question before checkout. A delivery question afterwards. Give your team one place to reply, with the customer’s earlier messages and your internal notes close by.

14-day free trial. No credit card required.

Illustrative product view. Fictional customer details.

  • Help before the checkout.

Answer questions about your products through website chat and your other channels. Give the website assistant product information and guidance to work from.

  • Keep after-sales moving.

Give each request an owner. Add an internal note for dispatch or another teammate, then send a clear answer from the same thread.

  • Remember the earlier reply.

A customer who moves from email to WhatsApp should not have to start again. Keep their messages, photos and team notes together.

The questions before the purchase

Help them choose with confidence.

Size, materials, care instructions. Give customers a helpful answer while they are looking.

Add your products, documents and guidance to Threadkite. The website assistant uses that information to answer questions and collect details, then hands over to your team when a person needs to help.

After the sale, the thread stays open

From a question to a clear answer.

  1. 01

    A customer asks for help.

A product question or delivery query lands in the shared inbox with the customer’s message and any files they send.

  2. 02

    Bring in the right person.

Assign the request, mention a colleague in a private note and keep the next reply visible to your team.

  3. 03

    Keep the update in context.

Reply on a connected channel with earlier messages beside you. Colleague presence helps avoid two people sending an answer.

  4. 04

    Send the answer and resolve.

Finish the request when it is handled. The customer’s history stays in their thread for the next time they get in touch.

Alongside your store

Your customer inbox. Your existing order system.

Threadkite brings the customer’s messages together. Your store remains the place to manage orders, payments and stock.

Keep customer-provided order references and updates in the thread. If you need data to move between your store and Threadkite, an integration partner or your developers can build against the public API and webhooks.

Which customer-service channels can our store use?

Email, website forms and chat, WhatsApp, SMS and built-in calls can all feed your team’s inbox. Connect the accounts and numbers you want to use. Calling is currently available in the UK and US; channel and usage allowances are on the pricing page.

Can we handle product questions and after-sales support?

Yes. Use your shared customer history to answer product questions, delivery queries and other support requests. A support inbox gives requests an owner, reply targets and a clear way to resolve them.

Is there a native Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce integration?

There is no native Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Magento connection today. Threadkite handles your customer messages; your store remains the system for orders, payments, stock and refunds. The public API and webhooks support custom integration work.

Will we see live orders and issue refunds from the inbox?

Live order data, tracking and refund actions are not built into the current ecommerce workflow. You can keep customer-supplied order references in messages and notes, and use your existing store system to check or change an order.

Can the website assistant answer product questions?

Yes. Supply your product catalog, documents and guidance so the assistant can answer from that information and hand over to your team. AI usage has plan allowances; it does not imply a live connection to your store’s inventory or order database.

How do we avoid replying to the same customer twice?

Assign an owner, use internal notes and mentions, and see when a colleague is viewing or replying. The shared thread keeps the team’s messages together even when the customer changes channel.

Can UK and US stores try it?

Yes. Start a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. Subscription pricing is available in pounds and dollars. See plans for seat types, channel charges and AI allowances.
