Two roles

• For our own customers and website visitors we are the controller. This policy covers that data.
• For your customers’ data inside Threadkite (their messages, calls and contact details) your business is the controller and we are the processor. Our data processing agreement covers that data.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, work email, phone number, business name and role.
• Billing details, held by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• How you use the product, to keep it working and improve it.
• On this website: what you send us through the contact form and, only if you accept analytics cookies, which pages you visit. See our cookie policy.

Why we use it

To provide and support Threadkite, take payment, keep accounts secure, tell you about changes to the service, and, where you have agreed, improve this website.

Where it is stored

In the UK. Some of our sub-processors may process data elsewhere under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, then for the periods the law requires for financial records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@threadkite.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
